Turning passions into steady income

I have always loved yoga, it's a passion of mine and I enjoy teaching yoga classes in person. The problem is, sometimes your passion doesn't pay the bills and living in San Francisco, it required me to have a day job. I found out about Flixout from one of my yoga students and they encouraged me to make a Flixout channel. Exploring the Flixout website, I found out that I could charge a subscription for access to my channel. After taking a poll with some of my students, I found that all of them would continue their yoga sessions with me even if they were in online form.

I made a game plan and asked Flixout countless questions about the platform before finally giving it a try. Everything was super intuitive and I was able to upload the first batch of videos I made as a trial run. I contacted all of my yoga participants and told them that I would begin holding virtual yoga sessions online with new tutorials each week. Growing into something sustainable

Within a week, I had 12 new subscribers to my yoga tutorials, all from referrals! I also began a Instagram campaign to try and attract others interested in yoga to my yoga tutorials. The combination of the affiliate program and my Instragram campaign was a huge success and within a month, I had enough subscribers that my income exceeded what I was making doing yoga classes in person part time and my full time day job! I was ecstatic!

Flixout has enabled me to do what I love while earning more than I ever did doing it part time while working a day job. My yoga tutorials have been a hit with my original yoga buddies and more people are subscribing to my channel on a regular basis.
